BlueConnect is an online cloud software platform (Software-as-a-Service) for WhatsApp Business automation and shared inbox management. No physical goods or tangible items are shipped.

2. Account Activation & Provisioning

Access to the BlueConnect web platform (`app.blueconnect.co.in`) and activation of WhatsApp Business API integrations are provided electronically. Account setup is completed within 1 business day following submission of your business credentials.

3. Message Delivery & Wallet Top-Ups

Prepaid wallet balance top-ups are credited to your BlueConnect business account immediately upon successful payment confirmation via Razorpay. Message delivery capabilities become active instantly.

There are no shipping charges, freight costs, or physical delivery schedules applicable to BlueConnect services.
