Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BlueConnect, a WhatsApp Business messaging platform operated by BlueWhyte Software Solutions ("BlueWhyte," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using BlueConnect, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

BlueConnect provides tools for businesses to send and receive WhatsApp Business messages, manage customer conversations, run messaging campaigns, and integrate with business systems, subject to WhatsApp's and Meta's own policies, which you are separately responsible for complying with.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete business information when signing up.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BlueConnect to send unsolicited, unlawful, deceptive, or abusive messages, or in any way that violates WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy or applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

4. Billing and Prepaid Wallet

Certain plans and message delivery fees are billed via a prepaid wallet system. Funds added to your wallet are used to pay for message delivery and related platform services as described at the time of top-up. Wallet balances are non-transferable and non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Third-Party Services

BlueConnect relies on WhatsApp/Meta's platform and payment processing via Razorpay. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account actions enforced directly by these third-party services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueWhyte Software Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, Meta platform policy updates, or data losses.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect regulatory requirements or feature enhancements. Continued use of BlueConnect after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
